Important: the early registration date will be corrected to February 25, 2020 due to a processing of large amounts of potential late papers.
The registration payments before February 17 will be available only in the form of bank transfers.
Please ask v.jotsov .at. unibit.bg for EUR bank account details. After February 17 we will set up the credit/debit card payment system.
Please prepare the copyright document from Author’s guidelines and send the receipt file from IEEE to v.jotsov .at. unibit.bg altogether with your camera-ready DOC/TEX and PDF files. Please note that the registrations after February 25 2020 will be accepted as late registrations.
Please take your time to prepare your final, camera-ready version.
After then please do not attempt to make the PDF Express application.
IEEE wrote that the authors should not use the system w/o prepared page numbers etc.
The sessions will be formed by March, then we will set up your page numbers.
Trying to avoid further problems with PDF Express we set it up after February 1, 2020.

The conference venue is Hotel Palace *****, Sunny Day Co.,
St. St. Constantine and Helena resort 8 km near Varna, Bulgaria.
There is a direct bus from/to the Varna airport: number 409, bus stop Sunny Day.
It is a 100 m down through the park/sport zones to hotel Palace and other cheaper hotels of Sunny Day Co.: hotel Marina etc.
The hotel Palace is depicted on site between the IEEE logo and letters IEEE, also in the Call for Papers files.
You may book the resort hotels through booking.com or other hotel reservation sites.
The event dates are June 26-28, 2020.
