Registration Fees
Until 30 June 2020:
- IEEE Members 400 €
- non-IEEE Members 500 €
- Students: 300 €
The IEEE Members/Non-Members fees include the conference set, beverages, lunches, Early Birds, Conference Dinner, etc.
The conference excursions will be announced later and paid additionally.
Co-authors or Accompanying persons will choose to pay Student/Member fees if and only if they want to have admission to main conference events.
Please note that one conference fee includes a 6-page camera-ready paper. Extra page fees of 25 euros per additional page will apply to longer camera-ready papers.
The published papers will be available through IEEE site, and indexed in almost all well-known databases.
All papers should be represented in person at the conference. Absent because of illness, etc. students should pay the postage expenses.
All fees will be paid through a secure bank site.
A number of awarded Best Papers will give the authors the right to publish post-conference research in different Journals or books from Springer, etc.
Deadlines
Expression of interest: to ieee_IS2020@biomed.bas.bg
Submissions: until June 30th, 2020
Notification of acceptance: within 1-2 weeks from the submission date (via e-mail, exclusions may apply).
Registration of Authors: With submission of camera-ready papers
Online registration details will be written to every author of the accepted papers.

Personal data are not collected through this site and the conference organizers. No data dissemination to third parties.
The collected fees are completely refundable, minus the bank fees, within a period of 5 days after the payment. After that date, a processing fee of 60 euros will be applied. The latest possibility to claim for a refund is July 15th, 2020.
